Anyone elses breathe stink since doing CKD/keto ?
My breathe stinks now not like it used to... even though I brush my teeth twice a day.
I eat a lot of protein shakes, thickened cream and cheese... and a fair amount of meat. Anyone else experienced this ?

the only bad time my breath stinks is in the morning. ALl though i have this weird taste in my mouth all day...

how much water a re you drinking? if you keep hydrated the ketons will be extrted through your urine. Otherwise they'll be excreted through your breath

i'm not doing a keto diet, but i'm on a cutting diet and i've found that after working out, that's when my breath starts to stink. maybe that's me running on the fat or something lol

Your breath may smell because you exhale the acetone which is the byproducts of metabolizing ketone bodies. Someone should invent a breath analyzer for acetone instead of Ketostix
