Im scared seriously!!!
I started getting tiny reddish spots on my quads and its kinda spreading all over abs/chest/ and forearms they are not extremely noticiable but im afraid it may be something bad I don't think I had chicken pox, but I doubt this is the case... Anyone had these, can taking protein cause this?
help please I would appreciate it.

I get red spots/rashes after a hard workout. I used to think they were stretch marks but they go away after a few days.
Don't know if it's the same thing, but see a doc anyway.

Are they painful? They're probably just blood vessels, I've gotten alot of red spots on my arms and stuff (tiny dots by the hundreds in small areas) right after heavy lifting. Are you straining really hard at the gym?
Comeon people grow up he's just looking for some help..don't worry man, it shouldn't be anything too serious. Do you take any pre-workout supplements or drinks?Keep it weird, grow a beard, and grab a gun.

pityriasis..i had it not long ago..starts with afew red spots ad then spreads..it starts from a bigger spot on your body somewhere..look it up in google pics n see if you have it..im sure u do..it will go in about 1month

I had something that sounds like this. It turned out it was a build up of yeast that can occur, basically its a rash. I had to put selsun blue (yes, the shampoo) on my back at nights for 5 days.
Its gone.
But I would see a doctor.

Is it permenantly there? Or just post-workout? After a workout when I'm really hot and sweating I get them, and they just fade as I cool down.
