I started getting tiny reddish spots on my quads and its kinda spreading all over abs/chest/ and forearms they are not extremely noticiable but im afraid it may be something bad I don't think I had chicken pox, but I doubt this is the case... Anyone had these, can taking protein cause this?
help please I would appreciate it.

Are they painful? They're probably just blood vessels, I've gotten alot of red spots on my arms and stuff (tiny dots by the hundreds in small areas) right after heavy lifting. Are you straining really hard at the gym?
Comeon people grow up he's just looking for some help..don't worry man, it shouldn't be anything too serious. Do you take any pre-workout supplements or drinks?Keep it weird, grow a beard, and grab a gun.
