    carb cycling and CKD

I'm currently carb cycling right now. 2High days..followed by 3 low days...and repeat.

I was wondering if it is possible to do CKD along with Carb cycling?

I wouldn't think it's possible because ketosis takes longer then 3 days, and the high carb day would throw it off aswell + low carb days should be around 100g carbs and that's way to high to go into ketosis.

I'd say one or the other. Carb cycling is better though (more carbs )

Yea...carb cycling is better cause we don't have to worry about that condiment containing carbs, or if there is a piece of leaf on my steak.... or fruit and veggies. Even though they do eat veggies....they are limited.
