Product Review:
Thanks to Shaun and the Neogenix Team, I was given the opportunity to test out their product, Amplitude, for a period of 1 month (1 full bottle).
Amplitude? takes building lean muscle mass in a new direction by augmenting body composition with its pro-anabolic non-hormonal adaptogenic formula. When an internal or external stressor is present, Amplitude? helps overcome its imposed demand by amplifying the rate at which the body adapts, returning it to a state of balance faster. My goals while using Amplitude were to gain lean muscle mass, while maintaining a constant bodyfat, increase lifts, and gaining minimal fat.
My diet consisted of 6 meals daily, I have a Microsoft Excel Worksheet that details exactly what I ate...PM me if you are interested in seeing it (it adds up calories, etc.)
My normal calorie intake before taking Amplitude was in the 2k range. After taking Amplitude I moved my calorie intake into the 3k range, and maintained around the same bodyfat!

Beginning=170 lbs
End= 182 lbs
My training for the month consisted of
Monday: Chest/Biceps, Calves, Abs
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: Legs, Abs
Thursday: rest
Friday: Back, Calves, Abs

Strength 10/10
If you saw all my new PR's listed above you will know that Amplitude helps a lot with gaining strength. I was able to consecutively add weight for each exercise per week. My squats were my most improved I feel, because at one point I skipped a leg workout and feared the worst, but it actually turned around and Amplitude helped me push my legs beyond their normal limits.
Endurance 9/10
I think the best example I can use is when I was doing Chest day. I normally do 4-5 sets of BB Bench Press, but my last workout I was able to do 6 full sets, increasing weight every time. My 5th set I actually set a new PR for me (215 x 8). I felt like I could do more so I added some weight and then on my 6th set, I set another PR (225 x 7). Amplitude takes a week or two to kick in, but once it does, your body won't want it to stop!
Side Effects 10/10
I had a slight scare when I first took it, I developed a rash, BUT this rash was actually a heat rash and in no way was caused by Amplitude. No Side Effects at all.
Overall 9/10
I have never used any supplements that fit in to the same category as Amplitude, because to be quite frank, I feel it blows any other supplements out of the water. The only determent of getting some more Amplitude would be the price. But, if you want to get big, it is well WORTH IT!
