About the Tester

Stats- Age - 19 (can't figure out why profile says 22)

Training Xp
I trained throughout highschool while playing football and basketball. I wasted time in the gym though, and was pretty lazy. My senior year after football, I got really unmotivated and stopped lifting and didn't tryout for basketball. I went from 220-242 in about 8 months and finally realized how out of shape I was. Since last september I've lost almost 60 lbs and I am currently 185. I'm more confident and feel healthier. I've been training seriously for about 1 year now.

Usually about 30 minutes preworkout works best for me.

I was jus going through the write up, and I didn't even realize all the extra goodies ragnarok has, like the anti oxidants. This supp has amazing ingredients, especially for the price.

Initial Review

Taste 9.5/10: This stuff is really good, it tastes sort of similar to that blue flavored jolly rancher or blue cotton candy. This is the best tasting supp I've had besides green mag.
Mixability 8/10: The mixability was pretty good with a spoon and 7oz of water. There was a small amount of residue floating at the top and at the bottom.
So far so good, I almost coughed to death when I opened the bottle from all the particles coming out haha. We'll see how the workout goes.

Effects: (5 means nothing unusual)- Pumps - 5/10
- Focus - 6/10
- Endurance - 5/10
- Energy - 6/10
- Strength - 5/10
- Workout - 7/10
Notes:
Pretty good workout, I've pretty much never had pumps on leg days so I wasn't expecting much. Didn't really notice much as far as focus/endurance either but this may take a while to kick in. I was surprised I didn't get the tingles though because I've had tingles just from taking 1 serving of purple wraath.

Same here. Took 2 scoops for me to feel an effect but when it kicks in the thing is nuts.

Nah, I was on xceed and N.O. limits for the last 2 months, and I think I'm pretty sensitive to stims, I'll stick with 1 scoop for this week and maybe bump it up to 2 next week.

Notes:
Very good workout today. Strength was up in a lot of lifts. I've never done 15 dips or 75s 10 times on db chest press. The thing I noticed the most today was endurance. Usually on tri/chest day my arms get really tired. By my last chest set my arms are usually dead. Today I was still going strong, and my weights went up for my incline. Pumps were definitely good, but not spectacular. Still not noticing much as far as focus/energy which is kind of surprising. Great workout none the less.

Thanks man, haven't noticed anything too amazing yet, but on paper it definitely has the best ingredients/value imo. Why'd you stop rag? I'm thinking about doing rag/x-factor or rag/e-bol next.
