do curls EVERYDAY. don't take creatine or whey...all the research is rigged, they're actually just steroids but none of it works though. also don't worry too much about "technique", thats just people wanting to hold you back from doing the big weights. if you feel sore tho you're doing too much, you'll wake up super huge if you do!
