well 2 lb's has 32 OZ of whey, and whey products ahve around 66-92 percent protein, so 2 OZ day will provide u with around 40-54 grams of whey protein, for 16 days.
But why not get a 5lb u save money.
Also, IF u want to BULK UP, whey doesn't have a lot of sugar or fat in it, so the calories is low.
If u are trying to pack on calories try foods high in calories like pork, steak.
And drink a couple liters of milk a day.
But if u don't exercise that energy will be converted to fat not muscle.

yea u defintly need to get most of ur protein from food. like stated above try to get all ur protein from food and then use whey, nothing wrong with extra protein. u need at least 1.5-2g of protein per body weight.
NEVER NEVER NEVER ASK A QUESTION BECAUSE ALL PEOPLE DO IS FLAME OTHERS AND EAT COTTAGE CHEESE, THEN THEY GO TAKE ON PROTEIN AND POUR DEXTROSE DOWN THEIR THROAT. THEN THEY COME BACK ONLINE AND FLAME SOME MORE TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER THAN OTHERS.

At 145 lbs, his body couldn't handle 300g of protein a day, a number like that has to be built up over time.
And go with a 5lb jug of protein, more bang for the buck.
