Had an AMAZING workout today.
I waited only 60 minutes after eating my meal to hit the gym, and I've got to say...10x world of difference. I felt like I had a pump from hell, had energy to spare(ended up doing calves super setted with biceps just for the hell of it).

Not too much to update guys...
Had a massive weight fluctuation due to dehydration the other day(painting a house all day with no ac will do that in 95 degree weather).
back up to a solid 211 before I go to sleep tonight, so that means I've been losing about 1-1.5lbs a week so everything going perfectly.
