To start off I am very dissapointed that I let myself get to where I am. I use to be in good shape then due to a string of very bad luck I let myself go. I was 190 after bootcamp in 1999 now at a 100 pound heavier its time for a BIG change. You can view my starting pic on my bodyspace I posted the nasty fat pics for motivation for myself. I will update this when I can. Here is what I eat I would love some pointers.
76 grams of fat
27 sat fat
120.5 carbs "from peas,green beans and rasin bran"
2082 calories
265.5 protein
Where do I need to be on this stuff?
I also have started riding a bike outdoors 10 miles in the morning and 10 miles in the evening is this to much or to little?

Too few calories for starters. I am 6'3" like you and 293lbs now and I am eating 2900-3200 calories a day and loosing about 1lb a day now (not water weight) since I've been eating more. I lost less weight when I was eating 2000 calories. Then again, I am doing a keto diet, it depends where your calories come from.
