To start off I am very dissapointed that I let myself get to where I am. I use to be in good shape then due to a string of very bad luck I let myself go. I was 190 after bootcamp in 1999 now at a 100 pound heavier its time for a BIG change. You can view my starting pic on my bodyspace I posted the nasty fat pics for motivation for myself. I will update this when I can. Here is what I eat I would love some pointers.

Where do I need to be on this stuff?
I also have started riding a bike outdoors 10 miles in the morning and 10 miles in the evening is this to much or to little?
