should i eat 45 minutes after post workout whey protein shake?
topic. i usually take my protein shake and add some carb powder with it and then eat a meal with protein and carbs 45 minutes after that shake. is that the ideal thing or should i just wait three hours after my shake to eat again?
its really not rocket science, nor does it have to be that technical bro.. drink ur shake right after, weight a little while than have a balanced meal. i never have a problem cause im usually fukn starving after i work out
