on whey is majorly preferred on this site because of it's efficient and effective protein complex. not only does ON whey consists of 55g of protein per serving, u also get 5g of glutamine topped with some BCAAs. if u have ever tried ON whey, on the tub, it listed all the different amino acids that contains in the serving which will beneit you because of the different variety, plus the chocolate flavor tastes great!

I just saw in another thread someone asked about how to gain weight fast and someone said 'test stacked with deca'...im sure thats where this guy got that from and now wants some lol
