    big bench / bad wrists

I am currently repping 100kg bench after not doing weights properly for about 3-4yrs.

I now find about 1-1.5 months after resuming training my bench is ok but my wrists hurt quite badly when I am trying a heavier weight than 110kg. I would like some suggestions to strengthen my wrists. Also do strappings help?

You cannot really strengthen your wrists, try using wrist wraps, that's what I do because I had surgery on one of my wrists years ago and it helps keep my wrist in check.

Do you knock your wrists back when you bench, or do you keep them in line with your forearm?
