Hey guys, need help. My right bicep peaks alot higher and is overall bigger. I was just wondering, when i have off days on my workout would it be a good idea to just do dumbell curls on my left arm or what would be good? If you look at my pics you will see the size difference. Thanks in advance.

i know why it's bigger...haha jk man, i actually had that problem cuz i play guitar so my right arm always works when my left doesn't do much. just keep going, like that other dude said, with dumbells and things will start to even out.

You will find that even if you do work one separate arm only it will never become as big and and defined as your dominate arm unless you have really good genetics. But i think you have the same case as myself.
I'm left handed and i had the same case so tried working out my right arm twice a week once with left arm and then on a separate day i would only do my right arm. My right arm became stronger then my left which i thought was kinda funny. But yet the size of it was still smaller and less defined then my left. I wouldn't worry about it.
Every notices slight differences on there own body but if you go up to someone and just ask they won't notice unless they are looking for the differences.
Hope this helps
