for some reason nothing really hits me hard.. i tend to eat the same things for the majority of the time everyday.. so im only hitting the ****ter every other day or so..
im not a coffee drinker.. i only drink water, green tea, and protein shakes.. and a lil bit of milk in my cereal
but that coffee souds like is hould stray away from it.. if its a drink that makes u **** ur brains out
