    On saturdays and sundays I have enough time to have 1 and a half cups after my breakfast (thats all that's left after my parents take the majority of the coffee pot for themselves lol) and I always notice that about 20 mins after that coffee I gotta go like there's no tomorrow.

    The honey n oats are making you poop because of something called the gastrocolic reflex (google it). Anything that distends the stomach can initiate it.

    Teleologically, it makes sense that if you just ate a meal (no matter what it is) that you should "make room for it"

    for some reason nothing really hits me hard.. i tend to eat the same things for the majority of the time everyday.. so im only hitting the ****ter every other day or so..

    im not a coffee drinker.. i only drink water, green tea, and protein shakes.. and a lil bit of milk in my cereal

    if u **** every other meal u got some serious bowel problems.. i eat 6-7 times a day depending on if im doing resistance training and i go every other day, but i piss a **** load because im constantly downing water

    I agree that every other meal is a little excessive. But i also beleive every other day is a little on the low side. 1 MAYBE 2 times a day for me, n yes a morning cup of coffee seems to do the trick.

    Once every other day is DEF too little,that stuff is just lying there in his intestines,hes not eating enough,no wonder hes only 140lbs,But alas what can i say im the same height AND weight as him.lol!Atleast i go atleast once a day
