? Where can I buy a seated row Attachment

I have looked at a couple local stores and none of them had one. I have looked on ebay and found the one posted below for $19.00 after ship how does it look. But I do have a lat-pulldown bar and right now I use a straight bar thats 20" long to do rows. I search but I can't find anywhere of you sould use a straight bar to do rows.

Does anyone know where to get this bar for a better price

I think thay are 16.99 at dicks, that seems like a good deal though. If your asking what its for, it allows you to do a close grip row which hits more of the inner muscle.
