    Peak condition

    Hello there! Havent posted for a while...

    Just wanting some assistance in achieving peak condition for an amazing night with this girl im seeing.

    I have 2 weeks to get in peak condition...

    SO!!

    Really want to kick my arse for this entire time and really go for it!!

    Setup looks like this:

    MON: High carb day/ Full body reps 3-4 sets 12 one exercise per bp/ 30mins 130-150 bpm cardio

    Tue: Med carb day/ No weights/ 45mins 130-150bpm cardio/ abs

    Wed: Low Carb day/ 5x5 full body/ 30mins 130-150bpm cardio

    Thurs: 45mins l30bpm cardio/ med carb day

    Fri: High carb day/ full body 1 ex per bp 3x15/ 30mins 130-150bpm cardio

    Sat: Low carb day/ misc training/ 45mins 130-150bpm cardio

    Sunday: Low intensity 110 bpm cardio or off medium carb day.

    Diet is KISS!!! Keep it simple stupid (med carb day)

    Breakfast: 6 egg whites 1 yolk/ cup oats in water

    Snack: Protein shake greens drink / chicken breast and some almonds

    Lunch: 130g chicken/ stir fry mix/ 1/2 cup rice

    Snack: Same as first snack

    Tea: 130-150g chicken/ stir fry mix includes broccoli

    Before bed: Caesin shake with some almonds

    High carb day i just have carbs with tea and a cup of whatever with every main meal.

    Low carb day i just have the carbs for breakfast.
