    whole eggs while bulking?

    Do you eat also the egg yolk while bulking, or still just the whites? Schwarzenegger recommends in his encyclopedia to eat the whole thing.

    I eat the whole thing, theres still plenty protein in the yolk and the fat in eggs are mostly healthy so it makes sense to eat the whole thing if bulking, sometimes if im making scrambled eggs I might leave out 1 or 2 yolks

    eggs have a lot of cholesterol in them, cholesterol is bad for your heat. It really depends on how much you get from your other foods during the day, but for most people i think 3 would be the most so that you dont overdo it

    i used 2 eat 3 whole eggs a day but i was told to not eat that many so i have like 1 or 2 eggs yolks now. i have arnolds books as well its class innit
