well i came across this artcle on the website about hypertrophy specific training and it claimed that the results come way faster than the results of the regular once a week body part training. for those who know anything about this type of training help me out because the way that the article explains the training seems kinda weird and strange to follow.

maybe for him the results werent that dramatic, but for me it has been awesome...i feel huge so far from it ive gained a ton of weight and next friday ill e posting the pics to show just how awesome it is....my gains thus far are in my sig
