i think that in order to sign up for a forum account you need to pass a quiz for basic knowledge... hell even common sense.
without doubt, we have just detected a potential fail."Ask me how much I bench press, and I'll ask you how much you squat."
Squat - 315lb x 1
Deadlift - 340lb x 1
Leg Press - 1010lb x 1

The most you could do in 2 weeks is get your diet in order and start a lifting program... other than that you are talking 2 years to get a nice body depending on where you start. Dedication buddy... if it took two weeks to look good, wouldn't we all be walking around looking like arnold?

You could be able to have decent gains in a month, but you have to be disciplined. You gotta eat well, sleep well and train well. You gotta setup a good routine, and split it well. You gotta good food with a lot of proteins and rest a lot. I know one of my friend who gained around 10 15 lb of muscles in a month and an half, but the guy was eating like a horse man, during dinner at skool the guy had around 1 kg of rice with chicken (he's haitian). He was training 6 days a week (2 hours everyday - that's a lot). Anyway, your gotta disciplined and know what you're doing.
