im trying to gain muscle while losing some excess fat on my stomach. i know that spot reducing isnt possiblem but it seems that i have no fat anywhere on my body except over my abs. i do cardio every other day, and abs 3x a week, but i still dont have visible abs. my genetics are crappy too, i have a stomach that sticks out when im relaxed.
i want to intake 2200 calories a day, and want to keep fat intake low, and carb intake somewhat low. how much should i get of fat/carbs/protein?
i am 5'7" 130 lbs (ive just started)
right now i am planning 50g fat, 300g carbs, 140g protein
hows that?
