very good foundation. You are lacking size right now but are by no means 'scrawny'. Looking really lean and you'll be a beast after some more serious bulking

BTW it is hard to tell but my arms are actually 1" bigger now. They were 14" now they are 15".

yeah you can tell your arms are a lot thicker with the back shot. your back and legs also thick quite a bit thicker than before. keep it up.

Thanks a lot for the comments everyone. I have gained about 10lbs, probably of which is about 1-2lbs of fat, so.. I've gained about 5lbs of muscle. And the other 3-4lbs is water weight.

Nice job man. Really nice traps in the front picture. Also, I can see really good improvement in the legs also. Keep at it man! You look great and have a good base to keep building on.

Not bad man, your arms are about the only thing that didnt change a great deal. Your shoulder are an obvious improvment, as is your entire back from top to bottom. Quads have obviously increase in size as well.
Overall, nice upgrade

Airtower: Ya.. my legs have always been pretty small as I hav never really done any weight work with them. But they are getting there.
HitManSE: Actually my arms have grown an 1" since the first picture. It is hard to tell.. probable because of the lighting. It is more noticable on the back shot as it is mostly the width of my arm that has increased.
