Flex magazine's HUGE book/program
Anybody seen or read this?
It implies that if you follow it to the T, not only will you become a monster of a man, but you just may be in line to be the next Ronnie Coleman!
Obviously it took Ronnie a few years to become what he is, but then again he does endorse the book and claims to now follow the program in it (maybe that is why he lost?)....
I am trying a few of the four day programs in bodybuilding.com as my legs are well and big, but I might as well be a figure competitior with my upper body (minus the belly)! I need to change that as soon as possible.... and that is exactly what this book claims to be able to do!
SO any opinions? any 'other' workout recommendations?
