My mum is from Turkey, got about 35 cousins living over there (6 aunties/2 uncles).. hpretty big family. Only really started trying to make an effort to learn Turkish couple years back, always known a little bit of the language. Got bogged down with exams this year though so I'm gonna get back into it for next year.
Did you guys move from Turkey or you been native to where you live since you were born?

I'm almost the same as Turco, moved here 8 years ago with the family.
Still deciding whether to stay after college or not though. Only time will tell.

My parents are Turkish, they moved down to Australia 30 years ago. I was born in Australia, my Turkish isn't the best, but I can understand a lot more **** than I can speak (if that makes sense?)
