    Journey to loose.

    Alright then.

    I'm 18, 250 and 37% Bf. I'm sick of it and need a change.

    I'm planning on starting after my holiday which is one week (this saturday to next), so I'm planning on starting around the 9th of Augest, untill then it's pre-planning.

    I've read the stickies but I still need a bit of help. I've came up with this (water which each meal btw):

    Meal 1:
    1 Whole egg, 3 Egg whites
    1 1/2 Cups of Milk, 3 Wheatabix.

    Meal 2:
    2 Slices of Brown seedy bread
    1 Spoonfull of low fat/ no fat Mayo
    1 Tin of tuna
    Half an onion
    Lettuce

    Meal 3:
    Whey protein shake, with water, and fruit (Banana)

    Meal 4:
    Chicken, Spinnich (spelling?), Brussels sprouts, Brocalli, Carrots, Potatoes (3 or 4).

    Meal 5:
    2 Slices of Brown seedy bread
    1 Spoonfull of low fat/ no fat Mayo
    1 Tin of tuna
    Half an onion
    Lettuce

    Meal 6:
    2 Slices of Brown seedy bread
    Chicken
    Half an onion
    Lettuce

    All toghether it adds up to 2300-2500 calories. 20/40/40.

    Workouts however, I don't know.

    I was planning on:

    Monday: Arms
    Tuesday: Chest, Back
    Wedensday: Martial Arts
    Thursday: Cardio
    Friday: Legs
    Saturday: Abs, Shoulders
    Sunday: Rest

    How does that look?

    Please give some input, I'm serious about this and want to look my best from here on, as well as upping my fitness.

    Seedy bread meaning wheat bread? Try to stay on a minimum on them, I try to only have 2 of them a day. your off to a good start, start drinking TONS of water.

    Brown wheat bread with lots of seeds, yeah.

    I'll be drinking a lot of water with each meal, and during it.

    First of all, welcome to the best place to seek help and info. I'm not good at offering critiques, but I could suggest two things. At 18 and 250, you might want to eat more calories than that, and perhaps add another day of cardio in. What you have now is a good start and you will definitely lose weight on it.

    stay focused and work hard, IN april i was 235+ now im 197 and going even farther you can do it!
