I'm 18, 250 and 37% Bf. I'm sick of it and need a change.
I'm planning on starting after my holiday which is one week (this saturday to next), so I'm planning on starting around the 9th of Augest, untill then it's pre-planning.
I've read the stickies but I still need a bit of help. I've came up with this (water which each meal btw):
Seedy bread meaning wheat bread? Try to stay on a minimum on them, I try to only have 2 of them a day. your off to a good start, start drinking TONS of water.
First of all, welcome to the best place to seek help and info. I'm not good at offering critiques, but I could suggest two things. At 18 and 250, you might want to eat more calories than that, and perhaps add another day of cardio in. What you have now is a good start and you will definitely lose weight on it.
