    My diet

    I'm trying to lose the belly and get a flat stomach and see my abs i currently weight 160 and im 5'10. I work out about 5 times a week doing strength training and also do about 35 mins of cardio a day. I'm not trying to get big i just want to tone up and get a few cuts nothing major. Here's my diet any help would be appreciated.


    Meal 1: Oatmeal & Egg White With Whole Grain Toast

    Meal 2: Fruit Whey Smoothie/ Cottage Cheese

    Meal 3 Turkey Sandwich on Whole Grain Bread

    Meal 4: Almonds/ Raisins / String Cheese

    Meal 5: Brown Rice Beans Broccoli lean Meat/Fish

    Meal 6: Apple/ Banana / Raisins / Dried Cranberries



    I don't eat the same thing everyday i mix it up a little but I just wanted to give you guys an Idea of what my diet looks like. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

    I'll give the standard reply to this:
    1) Count cals and make sure you're at least 500 under maintenance.
    2) Get at least 1g protein/lb lean body mass (I do 1g/total lbs because you pee a lot of it out)
    3) Lift so you don't lose muscle, cardio is optional, but will help you drop more cals.
