When to take which protein?
I just picked up some more ON 100% Whey protein as my tub ran out, and decided to get some ON Pro Complex as well.
I usually have a scoop of whey with my oats and milk for breakfast, and a scoop of whey with dextrose post-workout.
My question is, when would be the better time to take the pro complex? Would it be a better choice for breakfast or PWO instead of the 100% whey?
