for a Raw and natural lifter ?
What kind of gains can I expect in say 4 to 6 months if I workout hard, eat and rest properly ?
Thanks

The one that works for you. What works for one lifter might not for another. You have to experiement and spend a few months on a program to see if it works.
I would not say Westside for a raw lifter. That is a program for geared lifts, and you would need to change up too much of the program to work the bottom end of your lifts to make it work.

I think with westside you could make the DE days RE days for bench use high rep (8-15) flat and incline DB presses and lots of lat work for squats high rep paused squats, I think westside could be done RAW if worked right, I do agree that there are probably better programs for a RAW lifter though.
A few I can think of are:
Bill Starr's Intermediate 5 x 5
The Texas Method
Sheiko
Smolov
Smolov Jr.
