    What's the best powerlifting program

    for a Raw and natural lifter ?

    What kind of gains can I expect in say 4 to 6 months if I workout hard, eat and rest properly ?

    The one that works for you. What works for one lifter might not for another. You have to experiement and spend a few months on a program to see if it works.

    I would not say Westside for a raw lifter. That is a program for geared lifts, and you would need to change up too much of the program to work the bottom end of your lifts to make it work.

    I think with westside you could make the DE days RE days for bench use high rep (8-15) flat and incline DB presses and lots of lat work for squats high rep paused squats, I think westside could be done RAW if worked right, I do agree that there are probably better programs for a RAW lifter though.
