    4AD Transdermal and timing...

    Hey everyone,

    I'm currently on an M1T/4AD cycle and I had a question regarding the 4AD. The one I'm currently using is 4Derm from DERM A BOL ICS and it says the 4AD is in a 12 hour sustained release solution. My question then becomes, should I be supplementing the topical 4AD with oral 4AD for post workouts, or does the topical 4AD substantially increase test levels after workouts so that one can reap the benefits? 5 sprays gives 200mg, of which I assume the release is of the type: high initial release, and then diminishing release as time continues, resulting in an exhaustion of active compound by the 12th hour. But is this release enough? Would taking an oral right after the workout benefit, or have drawbacks?

    I never took a transdermal before because, I sweat too much when I work out. For me, I would have to put the transdermal on like 2 hours before to get the best benefits. I always put it on in the morning and after the shower I take after my workout.

    If your taking oral and transdermal both then I would take oral before workout and transdermal after.

    Yea, I usually sweat like a monkey too when my workouts are killer. I haven't started the oral + transdermal, but I might just to make sure I get the most out of it. The oral states to take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, so I'm assuming that's for better absorbtion, and it's supposed to give you an energy boost.

    So that sounds about right, is everyone agreed? Oral (300mg) before workout and transdermal (200mg) after workout?

    It seems you are making things more complicated than they have to be. Just take your transdermal 2 times per day. Once in the morning, and once in the evening (12 hours apart). Take it after a shower, and preferably after you work out so that you don't sweat it out.

    I probably am, so sorry about that.

    But... If I take it before my workout, at 9:00am, and then shower after my workout at 11:30am, that's only 2.5 hours of having the transdermal on that lasts 12 hours, so I would assume that I'm only getting a small amount of 4AD. Then I take my shower and reapply at around 12:30pm. This application would be the only one that lasts all day.

    So, it would be saafe to say that I probably only get less than 300mg of 4AD as I'm currently going. Correct?

    Exacly. That is what I was getting at. If you go to bed even at 10 - 11pm, don't worry. An hour here or there isn't going to make a big difference.
