rate my before pics
These pics were taken on Jan. 2000. I was 42 years old. I will submit current pics later. Your imput is appreciated. I know I'll never be a competitive BB. I just want to grow more muscle and stay fit. What do you think of these pics?

well, honestly you look quite good in that pic, very fit for a 42 year old man. That's really inspiring and worth admiring.
Post more recent pics when you have the chance and then we'll see your progress.
Again good job and keep up the hard work; stay around in the forum 'cause it really rocks.

Very impressive. you are looking terrific. very good improvement I would say.
How many times a week do you work out and what is your diet like?

workout and diet
Thanks again for the positive comments. I normally workout 3-5 days. Right now i am lifting only 2 days a week doing a tri set, (bench press, squat, and dead lift) making good gains with it. I am also doing db curls at home a couple days a week, 100 reps.
i have been refereeing soccer this season and getting plenty of cardio, hehe! love it! My diet consists of protein 50% carbs 40% and fat 10%, roughly estimated. I drink met rx shakes and protein bars. supplement with andro, and cycle creatine, and take 2 ripped fuel tabs before workout.
