Last week I rejoined my old gym(local Y) which is pretty nice for small town Iowa. Almost a year ago I quit to join a local hole in the wall gym(old warehouse) The year and the change did me good. I needed a change to get more serious about my training and to get rid of the distractions. Alot of the time I was alone or with a partner. Anyway, I thought I had made some good gains but it took going back to my old gym to realize how much. Granted there are a few that I can see have also made gains but most of the regulers are the same. From the reactions and comments I have received so far I feel good about myself, real ego boost! Oh and Ojs, no, I will not post a pic yet. Thought I would beat you to the punch. My bf is still to high, if I made one mystake, it was my bulking over the winter. I added size but also added to much fat. July 1 is my goal for a pick.
Anyway, thought I would share this. Change can be good to jump start you.
