Cost quite abit to set it up. Depending on the size of the cafe and how flash you want to set it up as. Do you have any equity to get the loan with in the first place?

Ok i kinda cheated. My parent help me out with some of the money to set up the cafe and i got the rest through loans. I started working part time since i was 15. I got abit of saving and stuff when i was about 17. At 19, i got a decent amount of saving and own a few stuff. At 20 when i first started, i have to sell most of my stuff, car, computers and something other stuff. Got loan, some money from parent set up the cafe. Paid back all the loan and still own my parent about 5k. ( i stop paying them back haha, they don't need it).
PS. It wasn't easy when i first started. I have had alot of experience with cafe though since most of my working times are in Cafe's enviroment.
Things work out after the first 3 months, got all the system working the way i want it, turn over keep going up. Now here i am. Got a mortage on my house 3 months ago, got a car and a van(mostly for work).
LIFE IS PIMPING!

Well, i just say just get into it. Learn whatever you can cause everything will come useful one day. Willing to take the smart risk. Be sure of what you're doing, nothing more stuipd to risk your entire saving into something you know nothing about as stuipd boss is just ain't right. If you want to be boss then you got to be the one to set the standards.

is that all profit? just curious cause you make about 1/3 more than what i do a month but i have benefits, bonuses, promotion opportunities and i work half as much as you do a week. i also sit in front of a computer all day and actually spend about 1/2 the day surfing or working on personal things like reading or school. are you planning on opening more cafes?

Ohh its sales so definately not all profit. 60% mark up so about $4680 of it (of course its not exact due to some little expenses thats not added and not including the rent, interest and a few other stuff). Out of that $7800 i probably get at least $2500 minimum. I don't get other benefits or bonuses and stuff but i do pay myself as well as taking the profit. Remember this is just a one day sale though. That being said, its a freaken hard job. I'm there at 7am till about 6pm-8pm on my feets most of the time. When i get home usually paper works, payroll and ****. Of course i have the option of hiring someone help to do the management but screw that ALL THE MONEY BELONG TO ME. Wait till i get 40, get someone to run the place and i'll live of it haha.

Ahhh we talking about weekly or daily? Just some rough figures here. about 8k rent a month, wages about 6k max a week. Don't have the exact figures on my head about emm somewhere between 10k-15k, really depend on the week.

I have about 18 staffs. My highest staff is my head chief and baker about 19% dollar an hour.
Most average out about $13 dollar an hour.
Between 6k-7k. Depend on the over times but i try to budge it to be no more than 7k and i roster are usually the same from week to week.
