need ADVICE for two day fitness competition this weekend!
I'm looking for some expert advice on how to handle my water/food this weekend at the Fame Nationals! I am in two categories, on Sat. I am in the masters fitness model so I'm ok with what to do to be stage ready...However, Sunday I am in the muscle model category in the afternoon.....sooooo....do I just eat clean after Saturdays competition having chicken/potato/or oats...what about my water intake? This is a new category for fitness models that have a bit more muscle(but no poses like figure). I'm thinking I can come in looking a bit bigger than the day before but I don't want to look too full! Unfortunately, I am second guessing the outcome! Any advice will be appreciated!
