It's really great to see that you guys are promoting/supporting a legitimate natural organization, as well as drawing attention to the WNBF Pro's. I'm a recent addition to the WNBF Pro ranks, an INBF promoter in Cali, as well as a personal friend of the Shredder. He's truly one of the nicest individuals I've ever met. And just for the readers coming accross this thread, he's a lifetime natural athlete!! What an accomplishment, and I only hope I'll last as long as he has in the WNBF. Wow I can't believe I missed this. Yes Bob I compete. I've done the 2001 and 2002 Mid-America Muscle classic (won the teen division and men's novice heavy in 01) which was promoted by Dr. Joe Klemczewskit whom I've had the pleasure of talking to many times. Dave guest posed at both of my shows and I found him to be a very pleasant guy who had a hardcore approach to training which I loved.

BTW I read about your introduction into the pro ranks in NB&F and you have a very impressive physique... congrats.

I don't even know what the heck this means. Naturals aren't a patch on IFBB pros? To each his own. If an IFBB pro (or aspiring pro) wants to do all kinds of drugs, destroy his liver, risk his life with diuretics, etc., he definitely has that right. But it is ridiculous to criticize natural athletes because they choose to pursue this sport the way it was meant to be pursued. That is, the lifelong pursuit of health, fitness, and balance. I think natural athletes should be praised for their dedication and devotion to a healthy lifestyle, not flamed because they don't carry as much muscle as the overdrugged beasts in the IFBB.

Maybe if you wrote something that made sense I would be able to comprehend what you mean. I assure you that I am quite capable of reading and understanding most posts on this board. However, I wasn't the only one who took your comment as an insult to naturals. Maybe our ideas of criticism are just totally different.

Oh wait, you were speaking German 1500 years ago, at least the Saxons. I'd guess the Anglos were speaking some Viking language. Like England invented the language. Layne, this Martin guy isn't flaming too hard, he just has a lot of British pride I guess. Okay Mr. Gallagher, I brought up the German thing to say that the English language was not invented by the British, it developed naturally over hundreds of years from the German language. When it comes to some people from the UK(like those fools from Oasis), it doesn't even sound like they're speaking English to the average American. And your average British citizen probably couldn't understand what a hardcore Southerner was saying. However, they are both speaking English. The misunderstanding started because you used the word patch in a way in which no American would understand then call us idiots and claim that it's perfectly good English. Maybe it is in Oxford's dictionary, but as BigRig said "I don't even know what the heck this means."

thanks man. I give props to any bodybuilder who works hard drugs or no drugs... but there are some that rely on drugs and hardly pay a lick of attention to diet and even their workout.

Bottom line... you get props from me long as you bust your ass.

well it's not that simple... for some it is. But some do work hard. I know a few personally (juicers that is) who work very hard. On the whole they tend to be a bit more lax with their diet b/c of the nutrient partitioning effects of steroids (like ronnie coleman eating fries 5 weeks out). to each his own.

Yeah definately.

**** fries id have me a ****ing peice of bread or oatmeal. I want my carbs to last.

But it don't matter. All that hGH he is using it don't matter. He's putting off heat.
