Thumbs up Prolab Naturally Lean Complex Sample Review

Got my samples from the fine folks at prolab today, thank you dvsness was excited to try the lean complex after I got home from the gym...
First impression: strawberry banana- not two of my favorite flavors in the world... but i was impressed when i opened the package and the smell was very nice... like a fresh fruit smoothie...

Taste: well I am extremely used to drinking strictly whey isolate after workout (zero carb/fat) so to tell you the truth anything with 20 grams of carbs and a little bit of fat is going to be pretty refreshing... tasted just like a smoothie you would get from a store/ juice bar or whatever except it was not too sweet but very creamy and mild.. Great flavoring! (8.5/10)

Mix-ability: mixed great with 8 ounces of water and two ice cubes in a blender on high for about 40 seconds, (I use less water because I like thick shakes...) was actually surprised at how thick it really was for just using water.. Definitely could tell it had casein in it because of the rich consistency. again texture was perfect for me. (10/10)

Value: on bbing.com 28.95 for 20 packets is a great value when compared to Labrada or isopure... I believe the quality of this product (judging by the ingredient profile) is on par with the former two companies for sure! (9/10)

Overall: I have tried a lot of meal replacements, a lot of them taste pretty good, ive just never really got into them. I personally am more satisfied by eating solid meals. If I want carbs I usually just add oats to a shake. I also would have preferred to try the cinnamon oatmeal flavor. But nevertheless this is a solid product and I actually might pick up a box to keep at the house just in case I don?t have time for a proper breakfast, and with my schedule getting seemingly more hectic by the day this is becoming a greater possibility. Solid meal replacement: (9/10)

Thanks again for the samples guys...

Thanks for the review, Zak. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I don't know why we don't make the Strawberry Banana in any other product, as it's quite good.
