just your ribs bro. incorporate some pre-exhaustion by doing tricep press for 3 sets before you bench. then do 4 sets of incline bench at 10,8,8,10 and then 4 sets of flat bench at 10,8,6,8.... then if you have anything left in you... pullovers and DB bench. this will help thicken and broaden your chest.

Yeah I got the same kind of problem, however, my right pec is smaller than my left, which is quite substantial (I'm right handed o_o). It seems to be a bit of a pain at first but as you add mass, in my experience, it kind of evens out, I barely even notice it any more, except when I "twitch" it, it contracts a heck of a lot differently, and is thinner in the middle...

As for exercises I'd advise just doing what you can, but push it a bit more. It'll probably even out with time, I do db press, db flyes, then incline db press, and incline flyes.
