Wow really nice looking website although probably pretty tough to see with 56k....took about 10sec to load with cable. But I do have to say it looks really nice esp with the flash animations and menus.

Hello, i have seen you post pics through~out the forums. I have never thought you are ready to compete. I have stated that. I am not here to say that again.
Your routine sucks, you need the mass exercises. You need to do deadlifts, SLDL's, squats to put on mass. I always woundered why your legs were so outa proportion to your upper body (no offense) but then i saw your workout, and it sucks!
Sorry. I just wanted to get my 2 cents in.

Lmao, and I have had several top ranked bodybuilders (not pro, but national status) tell me I should go compete. I do not feel ready, and no offense, just cause some teens say your good to go doesnt mean ****.
I wasnt trying to flame you in the first place, just giving you my oppinion, and if your gonna act so immature when somebody gives you there oppinion bodybuilding is not the sport for you.
I have been to several local competitions around here (around chicago) and even the small time people that lost the small time competitions could take you on stage no problem...
Have fun competiting, it will be a great learning experience for you, maybe afterwords you will realize what some people say about you not being ready is true.
peace, and go squat maybe your legs will grow a bit then.

nonetheless mate we are all bodybuilders. constructive criticism should be accepted however blatant attacks i.e. your routine sux, or your workout sux etc. is kinda personal I dunno... i would personally be more diplomatic over what I say, especially if it is someone I have never met and over the internet.

Would be interesting to see your pics Ronto. Come on man, the guy is growing into competitive BB, he's already above so many people out there. Be more constructive or professional in your approch to people or go chat somewhere else. It helps no-one.

I personally have nothing to prove to people online. I weight 215ish and hover around 14-15% bf.
My first post was not ment to be a attack, just the honest truth. If somebody can't take criticism then bodybuilding really isnt your sport to be messing with... Also, if you think how i acted was immature, his responce to my first post:
HEY GUESS WHAT POOF IF THE 2 PAST TEEN AUSTRALIAS HAVE FAITH IN ME I DONT GIVE A **** WHAT UR 2 CENST ARE BRO
Was preaty immature... but then again, what do i know, right?
To musclefreak, I do not feel that you can compair machine squats, and free weight squats to each other. Machine squats take out all the stabalizer muscles.
To adonis, looking good as always... didnt really run through your site yet, any competitions coming up?

when they tell you "we dont want to see you in a speedo anymore you ugly-gook" ...do you always call that "focussing on adding mass and competing in the mr kangaroo next year"?

there are no shortcuts
That is a pretty weak leg workout my friend. If you want to start gaining mass then put in more heavy freeweight lifts. Like deads, SLDL, squats, close grip bench press, um.... pullups... you know the basic stuff.
Anyway good luck bulking up man.
