    cell-tech carb control, and other creatine stuff, good for CKD?

    So I've heard you can make a "home made" cell-tech carb control, but
    (1) shouldu i?
    (2) is carb control/cell tech a good creatine to use?

    I use creatine after my depletion workout, but I've never used any of the other stuff. What is it supposed to do?

    well, from the ad it says it's supposed to be more beneficial than normal creatine to those on a low-carb diet, but I think you can just mix protein and creatine, and maybe some dextrose and have the same affect, not sure
