    normal for the rotator cuffs to be sore?

    u know, come to think of it, when i workout my shoulders, they are not very sore the next day, even when i bust my ass in the gym...

    Mine get sore a lot, just be very careful. Know the difference between sore and injured.

    Ironically, mine our sore right now. I have no idea why.

    If it doesn't get better in a few days (it probably will), then get it checked.
