best mass gain program?
in your opinions which is the best, most effective mass gain program you have ever used?

back with half the reps
all you can eat buffet
make sure you eat a lot to gain mass.
in the gym make sure you hit squats, deadlifts, rows, and bench press
also do chins, dips, and military press.
there's no need for all those superset programs and crap. do the basics
