    Lower back Soreness or pain?

Ok ive bin working out for about 3 weeks, and after mondays workout (squats, bb rows, military press), i have a new feeling in my lower back. Its not painful, but it doesnt feel like the muscle soreness i get in my biceps after curling, or in the chest after benching.

The feeling goes away if im in the good morning position, or if im squatting down.

Do u think i messed up my back from bad technique, or is this jsut muscle soreness?

If its not painfull its probably soreness. If it was something with the bone the pain would have peaks depending on your position, but nothing better than see a professional if it persists.

I have been looking for threads relating to lower back injuries lately because 2 weeks ago i got injured and it was a shooting pain, very hard sometimes, in 5 days it went away, now i'm 90% recovered, the same happened to me last year in the exact same place, lower back slightly to the right side, i suspect its herniated disc (hope not), i'll have exams. Search some threads for "lower back" on the title and you'll find something similar to yours and sometimes the solution.
