    220 lbs to 180 lbs whats my body fat %

    220 lbs to 180 lbs whats my body fat %. Ive been trying to reach the goal of 160 lbs now for about 4-5 months roughly. Changed diet and been doing intense cardio 1 hour a day or more. I havent been lifting weights.

    Whats my body fat % roughly and how far do I have to go and what would help?
    Height 5'8 21 years old
    Pictures about as good as its gonna get. Dropped camera on the floor switch is loose "Note" the tape wrapped around the camera.

    First off, congrats on the weight loss...
    But, why are you not lifting? Lifting should be the staple for your cutting. You do not want to end up at 160lbs with no muscle mass. Remember the more LBM you have, the more calories you will burn.

    Hard to tell for most people in pictures, impossible from that picture. I'd suggest a fat loss lifting program like Waterbury's 10x3. If you keep losing without adding any muscle you're going to be skinny fat, where you'll be 160lbs but still not happy with what's in the mirror.

    you'll want to get off the fat asap. but then when you're 160 lbs, you'll regret that you did it cuz when you go to work out, you're behind.. so start lifting weights now along with the cardio and get on a healthy diet
