It's not bad but I'd drop leg extensions and leg curls and stick SLDL in its place.

I've read that before and I think it has too many dumb exercises. All you need for a good full body workout (IMO) is:
Squats
SLDL
Calf raise
Bench press
Overhead press
CGBP
Barbell Rows
BB shrugs
BB curl
I guess you would do 1 set of 8 to failure or whatever of each. There's no point in doing the pullovers and leg extensions when you are already squattig 3 times.
Good luck, this will probably give you some good gains, just watch for CNS overtraining.

Fatigue and burning are not indicators of a good workout. You don't need to feel tired or exhausted after a workout. Just need to feel like you gave it 100%.
I take it you never done 1 set of 20 rep breathing squats? If you do those correctly you would change your mind about 1 set not being enough"Franco is pretty smart, but Franco's a child, and when it comes to the day of the contest, I am his father.
