seems ok to me. If you want to try it then try it. Measure yourself before and then in 4 weeks to see if its working or not.

It's not bad but I'd drop leg extensions and leg curls and stick SLDL in its place.

I'm on this, but I need to get some measurements to see if it actually works, I'm getting really strong on it and since I'm doing 1 big set per body part my bad shoulder doesn't seem to be aching as much yet I'm stready going up in the weights on my bench press.

I've read that before and I think it has too many dumb exercises. All you need for a good full body workout (IMO) is:

    Squats
    SLDL
    Calf raise
    Bench press
    Overhead press
    CGBP
    Barbell Rows
    BB shrugs
    BB curl

I guess you would do 1 set of 8 to failure or whatever of each. There's no point in doing the pullovers and leg extensions when you are already squattig 3 times.

Good luck, this will probably give you some good gains, just watch for CNS overtraining.

IMO there are too many "wussy" exersises, such as leg extensions, leg curls, tri extensions, seated rows etc.....these could all easily be replaced with far more beneficial exersises.......basically it appears to me like a girls workout.....

    and why no deadlifts?

I fail to see how doing one set will work. When i do one set to failure of anything. Im hardly even tired. I dont think this would work well for me. My muscles are just not tired or burning after one set to failure.

Fatigue and burning are not indicators of a good workout. You don't need to feel tired or exhausted after a workout. Just need to feel like you gave it 100%.

I take it you never done 1 set of 20 rep breathing squats? If you do those correctly you would change your mind about 1 set not being enough
