You should try this method!!!
Use it only for one exercise one set only.
6 reps normal speed Heavy weight ( on any exercise you want to try it on)
rest for a couple of seconds 5-10 seconds
Then 12 reps Explode for speed ( or otherwise CHEAT reps) with a normal weight
rest again for a couple of seconds
Then 40 reps SLOW!!!! with a light weight!!! the slow part is important.
This guy showed me this and it kills!!!! get one UBER Pump
