If you do it just before your workout, you'll be more relaxed and won't be able to lift as much weight, so theoretically won't stimulate the muscle as much.

You'd need testosterone for 3 days after your workout to rebuild the muscle. SO in effect you need test all the time.

doesn't really matter when your test levels are highest; it matters when you have the most energy. me lifting out in the morning or afternoon would be worthless, because i just don't have the energy and wouldn't get a good work out. but yes, these threads are annoying. there should be a sticky at the top so people stop asking.

Essentially from what I remember of iit masturbation and how it effects your gains while minor influence is a double edged sword.
On the one hand... Your test is already spent, and you'll continue to expend it, regardless of how much you wank... And the amount spent it pathetically small!
