Considering that I wont have access to a full gym this summer, I'm thinking about trying the navy seals workout. basically all it is is a crapload of pushups, pullups, dips, running and swimming. has anyone tried this program? I just want to stay in shape this summer, last summer I didnt work out at all and lost weight+muscle. Kinda sucked.
Nutrition will be a traditional bulking plan, minus creatine.
Go to www.getfitnow.com. They have a message board run by former Navy SEAL Stewart Smith. He has a really good book out that has a 12 week Navy SEAL workout that is suppose to help someone get ready for BUDS. I did a few weeks of it, but had to stop for some reason. It does get tougher over the days and weeks, and you will get in good shape by doing it. Since it dosent have weght training in the program you probably wont get too bulky, but you will get cut, and have alot of enduarance.
