if a person jacks off a lot, would that affect lifting? how much time after jacking off should a person wait to go lift so the test levels are functioning normally? will ZMA help bring up the test levels if one jacks off too much..like daily?

I gained 20 pounds in the past 3-4 weeks but I don't look any fatter. And my flat bench increases 5 kg (11 lbs) every 1-2 weeks.
