    jacking off question. Seriously

    if a person jacks off a lot, would that affect lifting? how much time after jacking off should a person wait to go lift so the test levels are functioning normally? will ZMA help bring up the test levels if one jacks off too much..like daily?

    Yeah, it's been clinically proven. There was a clinical trial between 2 groups, Group A and Group B. Group A wanked, Group B did'nt. It was a 10 week trial.

    The Results:

    Actually I don't want my muscles to be as big as Ronnie's; I just want a "male model" body.

    I gained 20 pounds in the past 3-4 weeks but I don't look any fatter. And my flat bench increases 5 kg (11 lbs) every 1-2 weeks.

    Perhaps the effects of wanking differ depending on the person?

    How about you post a link to that "study" i think it would be very interesting to see jacking off have that much of a difference. So if you could post it so we could take a look at it that'd be great.
