Protein, from where do you get it?

I am curious to know where do you guys get your protein from? I know some of you consume close to 400 amazing grams a day.

I usually get my protein from 2-3 Whey protein shakes per day, 3.5 Servings of tuna which have about 55 grams of protein, eggs, chesse and protein bars.

List the foods you usually eat to achieve the high protein intake desired.

Steaks, ground beef, chicken (whole or breasts), turkey, salmon, milk, nuts, seeds, beans, and probably more that I can't think of right now. Granted, not all that I have listed are just rich in protein, but it does add up.

I've also seen buffalo and ostrich meat as well, but have never tried it. Suffice it to say, there's a lot more variety out there.

    Hope that helps.
